Thank you for your interest in wanting to participate in the upcoming model call.  

 

Kindred Hues Photography is seeking families to assist with an upcoming promotional photoshoot.  We have received new equipment and is seeking families willing to participate in a model call.  Sessions will take place in South Florida and participants will receive a consultation, client welcome guide, complimentary portrait session (value $350) and one complimentary desk portrait of your favorite image (value $200).
 
Please fill out the form completely.  Incomplete forms will not be considered.  The purpose of this form is to determine if you would be a suitable participant for the upcoming creative project. 

Model Call Registration

Have you visited the Kindred Hues Photography website and viewed our work?
Do you live in South Florida or are you willing to travel here?
Have you hired a Professional Family Photographer previously?
How soon would you be available to participate in this model call?
If selected, would you be willing to meet for a short consultation to discuss the details of the session?
If selected, would you be willing to sign a model release allowing Kindred Hues Photography to use the images in print and online advertising?
​If selected, would you be willing to pay a $100 retainer which would be fully refunded at the selection appointment (or put toward purchase if you choose to order more than your complimentary 8x10 Print)?
